Ability to Restore Deleted Notes, Lock Notes, and/or View Deleted Notes on Contact Files

It would be wonderful if there was more accountability with notes on contact files. As of right now, it is too easy for notes on files to be deleted leaving behind no trace and no ability for management to look  back on them. 

 

I propose that there be the ability to:

  1. Restore deleted notes to files. 
  2. View deleted notes from files. 
  3. Lock notes on files. 
    Whether that be that the Contact Owner can lock the notes or that admin is able to control the ability to delete information on a file at all times. I think it would be better if employees were unable to delete notes once left.
