Ability to Equally Distribute Records that come into a workflow with a specific property
Similarly to how you can round robin objects to users, you should be able to create different properties with this same idea in mind.
For example, if 300 people came into a workflow - i want to create a property value of X for 100, a property value of Y for 100, and a property value of Z for another 100.
