Ability To Increase or Decrease a Company or Contact Property Value in Ticket Based Workflow
When you create a ticket based workflow, you can only increase or decrease a ticket property. It would be good to be able to increase or decrease a property on a contact record associated with a ticket.
I think this is a great idea - I'm currently trying to set up a workflow to do this and instead, I'm having to build out a huge workaround. Our example is to decrease a property that tracks product usage (via tickets) and live update the deal from the original sale to track how many inclusions are remaining. As a ticket closes, the property drops the count on the deal.
