Our marketing team wants to create user communities and one idea was to use WhatsApp groups. It would allow us to have group conversations with our customers on certain topics and share our exclusive insights too.
The current issue:
We want to include it as a paying customer benefit, which means we need to be on top of who is in the group.
We have a lot of customers which could make it very time-consuming to manage.
I'm told WhatsApp doesn't have an API for this, which means it's not currently possible to manage contacts via HubSpot.
We'd love it if HubSpot could integrate with WhatsApp in a way that would enable us to seamlessly manage the contacts in the groups.
In the meantime, has anyone tried something similar and how did you do it?
