AI to Determine Language in Sales Communication and Set Property Value
Hi there, one thing that would be really helpful for us is if the built-in AI within HubSpot could recognize the language that was being used in sales communication and then populate the "Preferred Language" property value accordingly for contacts (or on the account level). This would be helpful because it would help us populate missing property fields using data that is easily accessible within our HubSpot. It would save a lot of work because there isn't an obvious way forward for this currently. We have to individually do this. Having language data is particularly helpful because it allows us to segment our audience in HubSpot to construct more pertinent marketing emails. While the sales reps know to respond to an email in the language it was recieved, it is hard for marketing to know if it is not stored as data within the record.
