AI permissions within the CRM

J_Wright

Hi HubSpot Community,

I'm curious about AI permissions within the CRM. Currently, it is not possible to limit AI access to specific CRM objects/properties.  If I toggle on the CRM data it is open to all objects/properties. It would be nice to have more control for sensitive data by limiting the objects/properties the AI can access. Is this something that might be available in the future? I'd appreciate any insights or updates on this functionality.

Thanks!

Agree! We are not allowed to use it for contacts/customer feedback but would like it for companies. This should be configured to select which objects you aren to turn it on for.

Hi - I'm the product manager for permissions at HubSpot and I'm exploring how we can offer more granular AI permissions. I'd love to chat and make sure I'm understanding your needs. Feel free to book time with me here: https://hubspot.com/meetings/ambaker1/ai-permissions-feedback

Hi everyone!

This idea's status has changed from ‘Being Reviewed’ to ‘Idea Submitted’. This change is due to our improvement project to update our Ideas Forum statuses in order to provide better transparency into how we are listening to your feedback.

“Idea Submitted” means that our product teams are aware of this feedback and are monitoring the need for this feature alongside other inputs that determine their priorities & roadmap.
