AI-generated activity summary

I’d suggest making the AI-generated activity summary optional for each user, or allowing it to be moved to a different location or minimized for easier reading. This would make it more practical and user-friendly.

100% agree on this. Our "Generate Summary" button is gone and now we have to wait for the summary to be created before we can move past it and see the specific call details. 
I think having a portal-specific toggle on whether we want this to auto generate or not would be good. Having a USER-specific toggle would be even better! 😁

Thanks for the continued AI updates. Some have been really helpful. That said, the activity summaries don’t work for everyone - especially when we need to scan details quickly on the screen, they can really get in the way. A simple option to collapse them in bulk or turn them off would make things a lot smoother.


Also appreciate the February update that this was in progress, so just checking in since it’s now November, if there’s any news? It still continues to slow down some work processes for my team.

Giving users more control over how they see information doesn’t just improve efficiency. It builds trust in the platform’s flexibility and will help to ensure AI features are seen as helpful. Thanks!
