By accepting the usage of the AI assistants tool, the feature becomes available to all users within the account.
However, we wouldn't want everyone to be able to access this feature. There needs to be a seperate option that can be toggled on/off according to a person's permissions, or role.
Indeed, it would be a very good idea to be able to limit access to certain users considering that generative AI is still under legal discussion. This would give experts the chance to retain functionality and prevent beginners from making mistakes.
Big +1 to this! We have hundreds of end users, many with very "light" permissions and access (mostly through the app). Sometimes providing access to new features calls their attention to things they don't & will never have, and for which they start asking for 🙂
We'd like to be able to expose access by permission set and/or team as we're able to with other features, as our central office (marketing, ops, admin) users can benefit greatly from these tools still and it's a bummer to have to turn them off for everyone!
