Goal: Automate lead nurturing with evergreen content that doesn't need to be manually scheduled
The Idea:
The ability to have the system automatically send out emails from a pre-created "set" with the condition that the user only received each email only once. We'd need to be able to continuously add/remove emails within the set and set additional criteria so that it only triggers if the contact hasn't received a marketing email that week.
What we need:
Ability to create different email "sets" that we can continuously remove/update/add emails to
Ability to create workflows that will let you set criteria as to how often you want the emails to trigger and when. For example, I want the ai to pull from this set and send an email on Tuesday at X time if there are no marketing emails scheduled to go to that client that week.
Benefit:
This would allow marketing teams to create and maintain a repertoire of content/assets for specific personas/regions.
Multiple marketers could work on content for different products targeting the same persona making it easier for an enterprise organization to scale and nurture without incessantly emailing their leads.
You can continue to nurture your contact with evergreen material even if you "forget" to put something together for that week
Examples:
I've seen this in a previous company through Marketo. When new assets were created, we'd develop a couple of emails about them and drop them into the "sets" that made the most sense. We'd also have dates in which the content became dated so we could remove them.
