Currently, only a time stamp is included in the chat transcript...no date. As transcripts get moved around, forwarded (often by contacts)...there is a potential of being uncertain of the actual date the chat occurred...without accessing the HubSpot dbase.
It seems like a very simple enhancement but important for record keeping purposes.
Please include a date stamp along with the already included time stamp on the chat transcripts.
