I have worked with previous CRM systems and something that I found super useful was a negate option within a list filters. So if you wanted to create a filter that was customers have not opted out of a subscription preference you could do: Has opted out of subscription preference and negate this so that it would only bring people who have not completed this option. This is actually something that we need in Hubspot right not as we are limited with our subscription options. We do not ask customers their subscription preferences unless they want to opt out of email they can then choose which types of emails. But we want to create a list of people who have not opted out of this preference and haven't necessarily opted in or not which appears to be impossible after speaking to live chat. So even an has not opted out option on the email subscription preferences would help in the short run.
