A Bot to read write message on conversation via third party applications.
We have built integrations with Slack,Teams and Teams which uses native features of the platform to use the chats/conversation.
In hubpspot, we have to give a Iframe window via CRM cards which will show the chat window, but it doesn't looks native.
As some of our customers have request to integrate our chats inside the conversations in Hubspot, so that they will have one place to all the chats/communication with there customers.
I am looking for something similar which we did for Teams/Slack. In which we used the bot from their platform to send and receive message from our services.
I see their are webhooks available to get the payload from Hubspot conversation but I couldn't found anything which can write messages inside conversations through our services.
