I think it would be interesting and beneficial to have the ability to create A/B Testing within workflows.
To elaborate: Having the emails sent within the workflow to have an option of running an A/B test of that specific email, but still having those emails follow through in the same workflow.
Definitely. Would be really good to see this be an option within Workflows. Need a lot more flexibility and to test/tweak emails within a workflow would really help.
Given how user-friendly HS is already, this would really be a very hot improvement. Then to couple this with the performance tab to be able to show/highlight testing options within the workflow rather than specifying within the email tool only.
