I was thinking of a way to essentially have 2 submit buttons on a form.

 

So we have a 2 part form that needs to be filled out post a session we are hosting:  an evaluation form and an affirmation form. In some cases, our attendees will need to fill out both forms, and in other cases just one form... I was wondering if there could be 2 submit buttons... one that says "Yes" and at the Options selection, the choice would be "Redirect to another page" and one that says "No" and at the Options selection, the choice would be "Display a thank you message".... 

 

Would this be something anyone else would find useful?

This would be so convenient. We need people to register for things with different payment amounts and it is SO CUMBERSOME to try to accomplish this with the hubspot form and payments tool and the workarounds create so many bottlenecks and obstacles that it actually takes MORE work to manage the program.
