Last year at INBOUND 2023, we made an exciting announcement: a deeper integration between HubSpot and LinkedIn was coming in 2024. Well, that day is now here! Today, we are so delighted to launchLinkedIn CRM Sync, an exclusive* two-way integration between LinkedIn and HubSpot.
*LinkedIn CRM Sync is the product of a close partnership between HubSpot and LinkedIn, with HubSpot being only one of three CRM providers that LinkedIn chose to build this integration with.
What is the LinkedIn CRM Sync?
LinkedIn CRM Sync is a powerful integration between HubSpot and LinkedIn that supercharges the LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads experience. You heard that right, LinkedIn CRM sync supplements LinkedIn Sales Navigator by allowing data to be shared back and forth.
This new integration empowers sales and marketing teams to prospect and build relationships with enhanced efficiency. Being able to sync LinkedIn data to HubSpot opens up critical workflow automations that save your sellers a ton of time.
But there's more! The sync goes both ways. By giving LinkedIn access to your CRM data, like your deals and contacts, Sales Navigator can offer your sales reps much smarter and personalized insights.
But the sync doesn't just supercharge your sales team, it also empowers your marketers. With LinkedIn CRM Sync, marketers can more accurately measure and visualize how their LinkedIn marketing efforts are influencing the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
How do HubSpot & LinkedIn work together?
Before we get into the new LinkedIn CRM Sync, it's important to understand how it relates to LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a powerful tool that helps sales professionals find and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn. It provides lead recommendations, advanced lead and company search filters, and real-time insights on potential buyers.
Sellers can integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator with their HubSpot account. This integration gives them a portal through which they can access Sales Navigator directly on the HubSpot contact record.
However, the Sales Navigator integration is just that — a portal. Whatever you carry out in Sales Navigator, won’t show up on the HubSpot timeline. That changes with LinkedIn CRM sync.
And it's not just LinkedIn Sales Navigator that reaps the rewards of this two-way sync. LinkedIn Business Manager is also able to access your CRM data and leverage it to power their revenue attribution report.
Admins can install LinkedIn CRM Sync by going to theLinkedIn CRM Sync listingon the HubSpot App Marketplace, and follow the steps to pair your HubSpot portal with your LinkedIn Sales Nav account.
Once the pairing is complete, you'll then be redirected to HubSpot to complete the setup.
