I can't wait to get access to Content Agent and Social Agent once it's out of private beta. I assumed we would have access by this post but I don't think many do yet.
I've been kicking the tires of Prospect Agent and I think it will replace Sequences in early relationship touch stages very soon. People are already getting lots of value out of Customer Agent.
I'm intrigued by Journey Automation - have not had a chance to test it yet as the UX still seemed challenging but that was a very judgy first glance! I'd love to hear what others think on that point and how much easier others find it to do X, Y, Z.
I can see great updates being out this time and as someone who's been using HubSpot for years, I've seen the platform grow powerful day by day.
I am excited about the Multi Account Management and Customer Success Workspace as in past managing multiple business units often came with some or the other workarounds and seperate instances. Now being to act on it within one is a great update here.
The AI agents specially the propspect and content agent are already being baked into our daily flow to help us scale personalisation and content production fast with compromising quality.
