ICYMI: 3 NEW Things You Can Do With HubSpot's Payments Tools
Customer Spotlight: This Company Made $700,000 in Just 3 Days Using HubSpot Payments
At HubSpot, we’re inspired and in awe of our customers who run incredible small businesses, stay ahead of competition and create products and services their customers love.
We recently caught up with the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI) team. NCI provides coaches and certifications for coaches in the industry. Their steadfast desire to win, plus knack for identifying systems and efficiencies led them to a whopping $700,000 in revenue in just three days. And, get this — they’re running their business using both HubSpot’s CRM and payments tools.
Hear from NCI yourself:
“If you’re chasing down numbers from a bunch of different systems and it’s stopping you from doing the sales management you want to do in order to grow your sales teams, then switch to HubSpot payments — it’s by far the most important tool that we use at our company here at NCI.” - Nick Ross, Nutritional Coaching Institute
3 NEW Things You Can Do With HubSpot Payments
Want to see incredible results similar to NCI? Here are three (3) new things you can do with HubSpot’s payments tools that may help manage your business:
#1). Subscription management enhancements
Subscription management encompasses all the ways you can manage your customers’ subscriptions to a product and/or service, thereby creating a seamless experience for both you and your customer.
Now, we’re introducing subscription upgrades and downgrades.
The following subscription changes are supported:
Add a new line item that the buyer agreed to subscribe to
Remove an existing line item that the buyer doesn't want to subscriber to anymore
Swap a line item with a new line item when a buyer wants to upgrade or downgrade
Increase or decrease the number of seats/ quantities/ units of line items a buyer originally subscribed to
Add or remove discounts on the line items
Modify the next recurring payment date for subscription
These are currently in public beta and automatically rolling out this week. If you’re an existing HubSpot payments user, log in to manage your subscriptions.
Don’t have HubSpot payments and want access to subscription management? If you’re a U.S.-based HubSpot user with Starter, Pro or Enterprise, please log in to sign up for payments.
#2). Create and send payment links from contact, company or deal records
A new payment link can be created or an existing payment link can be associated with a contact, company or deal record. You can now create a link in just 10 seconds, down from an average time of 3 minutes.
Plus, now payment records automatically associate with the deal from which the payment link responsible for that payment record was created.
Don’t have HubSpot payments and want access to payment links? If you’re an U.S.-based HubSpot user with a subscription to Starter, Pro or Enterprise, please log in to sign up for payments.
#3). Enable multiple payment links on a form
One of our customers’ favorite ways of collecting payments is via forms. Now, you can allow customers to select a specific payment link when completing a form. When your business offers a number of different products, you'll need your customers to select which product they want to purchase. With these improvements, you can now extend your touchless sales experience to forms.
