HubSpot Named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms

HubSpot has been positioned by Gartner® as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant™ for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms for our Marketing Hub for the second consecutive year. The evaluation was based on specific criteria which analyzed the company’s overall Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.

Magic Quadrant reports are a culmination of rigorous fact-based research in specific markets, providing a wide-angle view of the relative positions of the providers in markets where growth is high and provider differentiation is distinct. Providers are positioned into four quadrants: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries and Niche Players. The research enables you to get the most from market analysis in alignment with your unique business and technology needs.

Customers today want to feel known and valued. That’s why today’s marketers want to build deep and lasting connections with them. Unfortunately, many are trying to do so by juggling various point solutions or by using powerful tools that they purchase, but find impossible to use.  Marketers want and need power, ease and support to help them scale. Built on top of HubSpot’s commerce-powered CRM, Marketing Hub is designed to give marketers access to their customer data and tools in real-time, in one easy-to-use and powerful platform. And, thanks to HubSpot’s support network, robust partner ecosystem of thousands of solutions partners and more than 1,100 integrations, the platform can also be extended to meet marketers unique needs as they grow their businesses.

Recent improvements to Marketing Hub include:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Gone are the days of questioning campaign performance or marketers not getting credit where it's due. With marketing campaigns, you can turn tactics into fully orchestrated campaigns. Teams can collaborate using one unified calendar and comments threads, have a task list connected to assets, view revenue and deal attribution straight within the tool, add budgetary numbers for better reporting, and so much more. Now, every marketer can measure engagement and performance across channels, all the way to purchase. Campaigns are truly the command center, that one-stop-shop, for your entire marketing team to gather around, and create beautifully orchestrated and omni-channel experiences for your customers.
  • Customer Journey Analytics: With CJA (Now in beta), you can now see every engagement, and understand exactly what works, and what doesn’t. You can view all of your marketing activities together (across ads, email, page views, media, and more), see the multiple paths that prospects and customers take with your brand, and better optimize moments that matter to increase conversion.
  • Custom Report Builder: The custom report builder brings data from marketing, sales, and service into one place for connected insights from across your flywheel. Recent improvements to the custom report builder include scatterplots, pivot tables, and KPI comparisons, making customer insights more accessible to your teams than ever.
  • Ad Conversion Events:  Associate your Google, Facebook, and Linkedin ads with all the customer data in HubSpot… and do it in a completely blind way using industry standard privacy mechanisms. When you connect a contact to conversion data with us, ad engines can safely optimize to the max. Ad effectiveness has increased by 80% for some.

Future planned improvements to the platform include social CRM insights, automation command center and more. A full product roadmap for Marketing Hub can be found here.
