HubSpot is proud to introduce its brand new payments tools. Payments enables you to seamlessly collect cash at the point of sale to ease selling and avoid tight cash flows.
No more paper checks, clunky 3rd-party systems, or other janky payment setups that only add friction to the payments process. Payments is built natively into the HubSpot CRM, enabling B2B sellers to accept payments confidently and seamlessly in less time and with fewer tools.
Here’s how it works…
To help accelerate your revenue growth through digital payments, we’re introducing three new payment tools: payment links, recurring payments, and payments-enabled quotes. Here’s how they can help your business:
With payment links, you can create an online payment form with just a few clicks. There’s no coding required. You can embed the payment link directly into your website, a landing page, an email to your customer, or even a chat session. And the user interface is completely customizable!
Recurring payments make it easy to send multiple bills over a period of time or enable subscriptions. This will allow you to automatically collect monthly retainers from your clients, sell memberships, or offer subscriptions to digital content.
Finally, payments are directly integrated within HubSpot’s quoting tool. This means that whenever you generate a quote, you can seamlessly enable your buyer to accept the quote and enter their payment information in one step. This gives your buyer a more modern, streamlined buying experience, and speeds and simplifies your quote-to-cash process.
At HubSpot, we’re focused on building the products that make your day-to-day better. That’s why — just like the rest of our tools — payments is crafted into the HubSpot CRM, ensuring a 360-view of the customer. You can view the payment history on a contact, deal, or company record, ensuring your team has the full context of the client's entire history to better inform sales, service, and marketing interactions.
HubSpot payments are available to HubSpot customers located in the United States who have a paid subscription to any Hub (CMS, Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations). If this is you, then you can try HubSpot payments today.

My company is still new in our integrating HubSpot into our business. We sent out our first handful of Quotes 2 weeks ago and received esignatures and payment without any issues. The tech team here, my team, was stoked! We have been working on this implementation for about 2 months. Our Accounting team added our bank account information in the Payments settings so the Pay Outs would route to the correct account. As soon as they added the details and saved, we were no longer able to include Payment on our Quotes. The banner at the top of the screen said 2-3 for verification. Okay, no big deal. Today, now 2 weeks with not being able to take payments, I received an email stating that we were rejected by Stripe. Stripe isn't required to give reason and they get the final approval/rejection say. We are a Marketing Firm and we are aware that this type of business sometimes is categorized "high risk". Does anyone have a suggestion for where I go from here? I don't want to pull HubSpot out. Taking payments online is a high priority requirement that must be met, and it must be seamless. The entire company is now invested in learning and using HubSpot and now this happens. Thank you so much for reading and ahead of time for any responses.
The fact that a HubSpot Enterprise customer can't use the invoice module without signing up for (and using) HubSpot payments is total BS.
HubSpot is a giant paywall.
I would argue this monopolistic tactic could (and perhaps should) be litigated.
We've invested so much time, resources, and money into just making HubSpot usable--adapting our business to suit HubSpot's limitations, all the while paying more and more at every turn to gain access to what should be core features.
Here we have a "feature" that is critical to a streamlined business process, which should have been part of the application from day 1, that we have patiently awaited for years, only to find that our exorbitant subscription fees aren't enough to cover it, that now HubSpot wants a piece of all of our transactions.
Tell me I’m wrong. Where do I create an offline payment method such as a wire transfer or personal check? Our rep said it’s not possible, that if we want that, we’ll have to use Quotes and rename the quote template as an Invoice. What an insult!
Is there any update on when the Payments feature will be available to the UK (and EMEA) please? I've signed up for the beta notification and also advise several HubSpot clients so they can sign up too, but would love to know when this is likely to be made available since we're desperate for it!
Add a simple payment method field/property where user can manually select payment method/type and enter payment amount. Making these entries can then trigger the invoicing features above (as it would when paid via HS payments) that you worked so hard to implement. Thus it would eliminate a need to use Quickbooks for estimates and invoicing.
