Enabling Efficient Marketing with Operations Hub

The modern consumer isn’t easy to satisfy. With a neverending list of vendors to choose from, customers expect a completely seamless experience. If your company doesn’t provide it, your competitors will, and you’ll lose business.

 

As marketers, you’re the orchestrator of that experience .To make every moment personalized and relevant for your customers, you need to make every internal process seamless for your team, too.

Data Sync

With data sync you can save time and streamline your customer experience by integrating HubSpot with your other marketing tools (e.g Campaign Monitor), CRM (e.g. Dynamics 365), collaboration apps (e.g. SmartSheet), and more. Data sync makes integrations more flexible, more powerful, more consistent, and just plain easier.

While HubSpot has a lot to offer, chances are you don’t rely on HubSpot alone to run your business. And you shouldn’t have to. With data sync you can seamlessly integrate your apps and have all your customer data unified and centralized, keeping your team aligned and efficient as you scale.

 

Where it lives in HubSpot:

Data sync apps are the subset of the 1000+ apps within HubSpot’s App Marketplace that are built and supported by HubSpot. You can find them in this collection.

 

Data sync integrations are available for free in all HubSpot accounts, with additional customizations available as part of Operations Hub Starter.

 

Programmable Automation

As your company scales, customer touchpoints multiply. Maintaining a consistent customer experience across all those channels without sacrificing internal efficiency requires strong automation. But your business isn’t cookie-cutter, so your automation shouldn’t be either. With programmable automation, your HubSpot automation is as powerful as your imagination.

 

Programmable automation enables you to execute code directly within HubSpot workflows so you can quickly and easily scale beyond “out of the box.” Automate complex lead routers, custom integrations, data management processes, and more.

 

Where it lives in HubSpot:

Navigate to an existing Workflow, or create a new one. Add a new step, and choose “Custom code.” Write your own code, paste (and modify) an existing use case, or get in touch with an expert to help build out your workflow.

 

Programmable automation is available in Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise.

Data Quality Automation

Dirty data slows teams down and ruins customer experience. With data quality automation, cleaning data isn’t just easy; it’s automatic. Data quality automation enables you to keep your team’s data clean and consistent by automatically updating date properties, capitalizing names, and more using HubSpot workflows. Your team can save hours of spreadsheet manipulation, and create a cleaner and more consistent customer experience. 

 

The coolest part: data quality automation doesn't just improve the data inside your HubSpot account. If you’re using integrations powered by data sync, your cleaned data can flow into all of your other apps as well, giving your team the high-quality data they need to do their jobs in all their apps.

Where it lives in HubSpot:

Navigate to an existing Workflow, or create a new one. Add a new step, and choose “Format Data.” Configure your action from there.

 

Data quality automation is available in Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise.

 

Datasets

As your business grows, your CRM database grows too, making it more challenging to manage all your data for reporting. With datasets, organize your CRM data into reusable tables to empower your team with a consistent starting point for reports. This saves ops teams time and gives them more control over their data, and gives their downstream business users faster, easier, and more consistent insights.

Where it lives in HubSpot:

Navigate Reports > Datasets, and follow the prompts to create a dataset. 

 

Once you’ve created your dataset, navigate to Reports > Reports, and create a new report using your new dataset.
