This week, we leave behind the silos of Gotham’s shadows and step into the light of One Tool, One Team, No Hubs. It’s time to rethink what it means to be a Super Admin, not as someone who guards a single hub, but as a strategist who unites every hub, every team, and every mission.
Like Batman’s utility belt, every HubSpot feature is a tool powerful on its own, but unstoppable when used together. 🦸♀️
💭"It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me." ~ Batman
Your mission this week is to bridge divides, build connections, and help your teams see HubSpot not as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub, but as one living, breathing system designed to help everyone grow better together.
🦇For Week 3, share in the comments below: 🏆Wins – What’s one thing you or your team achieved this week that made you feel like the hero of your HubSpot portal?
💎Hidden Gems – Which feature, workflow, or AI tool helped you work smarter, not harder?
🕳Potholes – What challenges or “villains” did you face this week, and how did you tackle them?
💬 Remember: Great Admins don’t work in silos. Even heroes need allies. When we share our experiences, we strengthen your entire HubSpot Justice League that includes your instructors @ChrisBabelquest , @AliSchwanke , and I @MuseDebbie , your cohort members, other SuperAdmins and HubSpotters.
We’re all here for you on this mission to unify your HubSpot world.
So… are you ready to step into your Batcave and show us how you’re using your tools to unite your team? Drop your Week 3 reflections or questions below ⬇️
(This is the Week 3 thread. Look out for a new post each week so we can keep our insights organized and easy to find.)
Wins – Successfully identified and updated a workflow that was creating duplicate company records. Updated it to check for an existing record first, and only create a new one if one didn’t exist.
Hidden Gems – Utilizing a workflow to create a record in our Deals object was so efficient.
Potholes – Matching company records by company name when a contact completes a form fill isn’t a good method due to variations in name and punctuation. I am searching for a better way to match them.
Wins: I didn't really have one this week, unfortunately. I guess just being able to attend the bootcamp is a win?
Hidden Gems: Learning about tips and tricks for snippets and templates; naming conventions, organizing your snippets so the most recent 5 are available to those who can only see up to 5, etc. Also, the view sales content analytics options was something I wasn't familiar with yet, so that was a gem for me.
Potholes: I definitely had a pothole this week trying to research something for my client. I am the most familiar with Sales Hub and not very familiar with Service Hub (getting there!) and most of my requests from them have been Sales Hub. However, this week they had an issue with their ticketing process for their support team, and after digging around as much as I could, I finally had to send in a request to Hubspot support.
