🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hello everyone from Toulouse, France ! I cannot describe with words how exited I am for starting this bootcamp. I began my current job 9 months ago, with an existing HubSpot account and lots of things to sep up still.
- Wins : been able this week to do lots of data hygiene.
- Hidden gems : set up a few workflows to not lose any information nor opportunity.
- Potholes : we only use HubSpot as CRM and to launch email sequences. Can't wait to attend the following sessions to explore more functions.
- AI Prompts : I have tried several times while creating workflows, but didn't get the results I was expecting. Still need to learn more about them.

Hi I am Flynn from Scotland.
I started in my role three months ago, being delegated responsibility for an existing HubSpot account and setup. I hope to enhance my teams efficiency of HubSpot usage and refine my own HubSpot Super Admin skills during this boot camp.
Wins – Utilising Breeze in our reports and around our portal
Hidden Gems – Tidied up back end properties for deals, contacts and companies
Potholes – Setting up team on Sales Workspace
AI Prompts – Just started to learn , with the rest of our team who manage our HubSpot portal are excited to grow in our skills of using Breeze
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
HI from The Netherlands! I've been using hubspot for almost 3 years now, and started out as a super admin and implemented it for my (very, very small) marketing team.
🏆Wins– Making time this week to attend the ABM bootcamp and super admin bootcamp 💎Hidden Gems– I am super excited for the 'Martketing Studio' to launch (fall spotlight) it looks like a major upgrade to campaigns. 🕳Potholes– We currrently only use hubspot as a marketing tool and not a crm or sales tool. 🤖AI Prompts– I tried a few AI prompts when creating workflows, but I didn't have the best outcome unfortunetly and because I am so used to making workflows, it's much faster for me to just create them from scratch.
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hi I'm Patrick CRM Admin at Adverity based in Vienna, Austria. I've been working with Hubspot for around 7 years and as an Admin for almost 4 years.
🏆Wins – I'm always happy when I have some time to go throug our old stuff and be able to delete, for example, outdated dashboards from 2020 💎Hidden Gems – I think creating a synced property is a really cool feature, as you don't have to create an extra workflow to copy values from one object to another. 🕳Potholes – Get more familiar with the Prospecting Agent and in general with all Breeze possibilities. 🤖AI Prompts – I don't have really an specific prompt. I use them to help me creating custom codes in workflows and datasets.
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hi from St. Paul Minnesota!
I'm 1 of 2 people in our little start-up business and therefore all things Operations. I've been getting to know HubSpot for a year and half, working strictly in the Sales Hub. We now have 2000 contacts in our CRM and I am bound and determined to keep as clean an instance as possible!
Wins – I was able to create a great reports dashboard for one of our clients, and then cloned it for another. The whole process allowed me to better understand relationships between objects and properties as well as what information is really relevant to our objectives. Hidden Gems – I found a FANTASTIC little tool called HubLead that allows logging and tracking of all LI interactions in HubSpot. GAME. CHANGER. at a fraction of the cost of the required LI subscription! Potholes – I'm really hesitant to create workflows. AI Prompts – I'll be trying out the following prompt because asking AI to help me learn AI has been a smart way to get better results, "Ask me clarifying questions one at a time until you are 95% confident carrying out this task".
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Greetings from Wisconsin, USA!
I started in my role three months ago, assuming responsibility for an existing HubSpot account and setup. I hope to enhance my effectiveness and refine my skills as a HubSpot Super Admin during this boot camp.
Wins – We’re enhancing our customer email communications by utilizing Smart Modules more effectively!
Hidden Gems – Excited that I executed my first property sync this week—it was such an easy way to populate a new property on our Contact object.
Potholes – We need a better naming convention and a good data hygiene process!
AI Prompts – I’m not using Breeze and hope this is covered more in the Super Admin workshop.
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hello everyone. I am a 6-year HubSpot veteran at our company, having witnessed HubSpot's tremendous growth. We rely solely on HubSpot for our department's full source of truth. We try to leverage as much of HubSpot as we can. t3.tech
🏆 Wins – Getting stakeholder buyin on a Beta release of Projects 💎 Hidden Gems – Leveraging cross object data in workflows to filter Line items for Tagging visualization on Board view of Objects. Finding out HubSpot Enrichment is a new feature that leverages Breeze but does not use credits. 🕳 Potholes – Leveraging all of the system. Transition to Core seats exposed more licensing shortages in our permissions. 🤖 AI Prompts – Not currently using AI internally
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hi all!
I'm Patrick - IT Product Owner for our new HubSpot CRM. I'm based in Zürich, Switzerland and I'm working for a Media Company. I'm currently in the middle of a project to replace our Salesforce CRM with HubSpot. I joined the Super Admin bootcamp in order to learn more about the possiblities of HubSpot
🏆 Wins – I successfully created a datasync for our 80'000 companies that keeps companies and contacts in sync between Salesforce and HubSpot during our migration project 💎 Hidden Gems – learned about the the prospecting agent 🕳 Potholes – Still a lot to learn. Looking foreward to next week... 🤖 AI Prompts – Will be deep diving into the possibilities of Breeze Intelligence!
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hi! My name is Lindsey. I am a Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for a financial advisor support platform. My duties include Super Admin responsibilities and I want to ensure our company is using HubSpot to its full potential.
A win this week is the beginning of this course! I have been looking forward to it and it has been a goal of mine to complete this year. I am also in the AI Bootcamp as well.
I just did an audit of user permissions and discovered that you can add conditional logic to the cards on the left-hand side of a contact record, making it easy than ever for users to see the info that is most relevant to them and their positions. Through this process, though, I also discovered our pothole... our user permissions are a mess and need a thorough review.
One of my favorite AI prompts is: Break this email down and create three different A/B test variations based on psychology-backed best practices. Give me one version optimized for higher open rates, one optimized for higher clickthrough rates, and one optimized for more replies/conversions. Explain the reasoning behind each.”
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hi everyone! I’m Julia, Manager of Marketing Automation & Operations at Pathlock. I’ve been managing all things HubSpot for the past 11 months (feels like it should count as HubSpot “dog years” at this point 😅). I’m here to sharpen my skills, learn new best practices, and hopefully discover smarter ways to tackle Salesforce sync headaches and managing legacy duplicates.
🏆 Wins – Together with the Marketing Ops team, we archived half of 480 legacy fields synced with Salesforce that had no documentation or context. It's been a ride! 💎 Hidden Gems – Discovered that Salesforce task creation in HubSpot workflows now allows you to pull in property fields directly into the task description. Huge win for Sales visibility - I’ve started using it to automatically drop Q&As from webinars into tasks so Sales sees context right away. 🕳 Potholes – Still searching for a practical way to bulk-remove legacy duplicate accounts in HubSpot while the Salesforce integration is live. Every option I’ve tested so far either risks sync issues or requires painful manual cleanup. 🤖 AI Prompts – Find all contacts who can be set as Unresponsive based on no activity in the past year (no marketing emails, form submissions, events, page visits and no recent Salesforce Campaign ID). Provide a clean list and activity summary for review.
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hello all! My name is Andi, and I have recently pivoted more to Hubspot Admin work after doing about 7 years of Salesforce Admin work. I'm still fairly new to Hubspot Admin work in a lot of ways, so I am very excited to learn more about best practices and techniques. I've been doing some part time Hubspot consulting for a team that has needed help with Sales Hub, so that is my strongest area. I haven't had much exposure to Marketing, Ops, or Service. I'm currently looking for a full time position that incorporates what I've learned in Hubspot and/or Salesforce.
Wins– Completed a successful interview project in Hubspot for a company that I'm hoping to work with. I put together a plan for how to implement a few things for sales and marketing and received good feedback overall
Hidden Gems– Honestly, access to the Learning Academy right from your user login. I don't think the employees of the company I work with are actively using it and I'm guessing some customers are not aware of it either. It's been very helpful to me!
Potholes– I stumbled a bit when defending my project in the follow up interview but learned some valuable feedback about what might have been a better solution/alternate solution for parts of it.
AI Prompts– I have used AI to help me with code portions of workflows because I am not a programmer/developer and I had to figure out a bit of vibe coding. I couldn't find a specific example, but essentially, I put in what I am trying to do, test/adjust the code in Hubspot in the sandbox, then give it the error messages with specifics on what it is/isn't doing right until I get it right.
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
🎤Introduce yourselfHi, I'm Renee and I took over my company's Hubspot about a year ago. Ive been all over the Hubspot Academy to teach myself how to use it. I'd love to improve my skills and one of my areas of intrest is cleanliness.
🏆Wins– I've been slowly working on health/cleanliness and have been merging duplicates and assigning contacts to their proper company. This is a looonnnggg list but I'm getting there 💎Hidden Gems– Any of the new Breeze Agents. I just watched the fall spotlight videos and saw so many things we could be using. 🕳Potholes– I'm still not great with workflows. I'd like to improve here 🤖AI Prompts– My prompts are typically "how to do this" prompts
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Jackie Parker, HCCY.co. I just landed a new position a the HubSpot Super Admin for HCCY, a Candian greek school who teach greek language and culter for preK - 12th grade.
### Hidden Gem
- **Insight about many-to-many associations:**
The note clearly identifies the need for many-to-many associations between courses and contacts/children, which is a crucial architectural detail. This shows a deep understanding of how the CRM objects relate and is foundational for building flexible enrollment workflows.
### Win
- **Clear identification of limitations and next steps:**
The note does a great job outlining the current challenges with automating course enrollment and form integration, and it sets a clear plan for further research and consultation. This shows good project management and realistic expectations.
### Pothole
- **Uncertainty around workflow automation for course selection:**
The note reveals a significant challenge: the inability to automate associating a registrant with a specific course via workflows due to system limitations. This is a critical bottleneck that could delay or complicate the enrollment process
AI Prompts for HubSpot Clarity & Speed
Data Hygiene Check “Review the properties in my HubSpot portal. Which ones look redundant, outdated, or unclear, and how should I consolidate them for cleaner reporting?”
Workflow Debugging “Explain why this workflow isn’t enrolling the right contacts. Here’s the logic. Where’s the bottleneck or missing trigger?”
Naming Conventions “Generate a consistent naming convention for workflows, lists, and reports that scales across Sales, Marketing, and Service.”

Hi there I'm Erica, the marketing agency I work for is a HS parter/reseller based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Depending on the client/membership tier they don't use all facets of HS. Also I'm unsure if I would be allowed to share specifics, I may have to ask my mangers or the client for permission. How should I fill out this workbook?
Also I've tried to join the slack channel and it's telling me there isn't a HubSpot Academy Super Admin Bootcamp sign up associated with my email. Which doesn't make sense because I was on the first session this morning and the following 5 have been added to my calendar. Should I reach out to an instructor?
🚀 Super Admin Fall 2025 Bootcamp – Week 1 Trailblazer Kickoff!!!
Hey everyone, I'm Viktoria, product owner CRM at a furniture retail association in Bielefeld/Germany. As I have worked with CRM inhouse developments before and have only been working with HubSpot for 1.5 years now, I'm still very junior and new with all these topics here. I just set up the following AI prompt, trying out if it works with our business structure in HS: “Draft a follow-up email to [Contact Name] thanking them for yesterday’s call, summarizing the key points we discussed about [Product/Service], and suggesting a follow up meeting.”

Hi all! I'm Ashley - a Sales Ops Specialist with Built Technologies. I'm based out of Raleigh, NC and am brand new to HubSpot. I joined the Super Admin bootcamp to better assist our sales operatoins team.
🏆Wins– Completed a contact audit to clean up data to better help our sales team. 💎Hidden Gems– Learned how to cleanup unused workflows this week in bootcamp! 🕳Potholes– Need to now complete a company audit to clean up this data next. 🤖AI Prompts– Learned about Breeze Intelligence during my bootcamp week 1 and this will be a game changer!
