🎤Introduce yourselfHi, I'm Renee and I took over my company's Hubspot about a year ago. Ive been all over the Hubspot Academy to teach myself how to use it. I'd love to improve my skills and one of my areas of intrest is cleanliness.
🏆Wins– I've been slowly working on health/cleanliness and have been merging duplicates and assigning contacts to their proper company. This is a looonnnggg list but I'm getting there 💎Hidden Gems– Any of the new Breeze Agents. I just watched the fall spotlight videos and saw so many things we could be using. 🕳Potholes– I'm still not great with workflows. Hi there I'm Erica, the marketing agency I work for is a HS parter/reseller based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Depending on the client/membership tier they don't use all facets of HS. Also I'm unsure if I would be allowed to share specifics, I may have to ask my mangers or the client for permission. How should I fill out this workbook?
Also I've tried to join the slack channel and it's telling me there isn't a HubSpot Academy Super Admin Bootcamp sign up associated with my email. Which doesn't make sense because I was on the first session this morning and the following 5 have been added to my calendar. Should I reach out to an instructor?

Although I've been working in HubSpot since mid-2020 for our agency and our clients' companies, I joined the Super Admin bootcamp to see if there are gaps in my skills considering there have been SO MANY updates to HubSpot in the last 2 years. 🙂
🏆Wins– Rolled out a revamp of a client portal with updated pipeline, custom properties and automations so that they don't let any leads or opportunities fall through the cracks. They are SUPER excited and so am I. 💎Hidden Gems– Did you know that you can show different contact, company, and deal cards in property views based on conditional logic? Like, if you have vendors and prospects in your database, you can show relevant prospect info for prospects and employment/skill info for vendors. 🙂 🕳Potholes– Undoing layers of custom objects and automations previous vendors and employees put into place with no end goal. 😞 🤖AI Prompts– Not a prompt, but the ability to enrich contact and deal properties with Breeze Intelligence is 👨🍳 Chef's Kiss amazing!

Hi from Michigan! I'm a RevOps/CRM Manager at my software company for the past 6 months. I've found the most helpful mentality as a Super Admin is to be constantly open to feedback from all of the teams that use HubSpot: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance. And once I have all that input, taking it and problem solving lol. My best practice with my team is to be realistic about timelines and identifying the key priorities. I'm working on getting better about keeping up with all of the fast-paced changes!
