Hi all! I'm Ashley - a Sales Ops Specialist with Built Technologies. I'm based out of Raleigh, NC and am brand new to HubSpot. I joined the Super Admin bootcamp to better assist our sales operatoins team.

Hi all! I'm Amber - an Account Strategist with Whittington Consulting, a digital marketing and HubSpot support agency. I'm based just east of Richmond, VA. Although I've been working in HubSpot since mid-2020 for our agency and our clients' companies, I joined the Super Admin bootcamp to see if there are gaps in my skills considering there have been SO MANY updates to HubSpot in the last 2 years. 🙂

🏆 Wins – Rolled out a revamp of a client portal with updated pipeline, custom properties and automations so that they don't let any leads or opportunities fall through the cracks. They are SUPER excited and so am I.
💎 Hidden Gems – Did you know that you can show different contact, company, and deal cards in property views based on conditional logic? Like, if you have vendors and prospects in your database, you can show relevant prospect info for prospects and employment/skill info for vendors. 🙂 
🕳 Potholes – Undoing layers of custom objects and automations previous vendors and employees put into place with no end goal. 😞 
🤖 AI Prompts – Not a prompt, but the ability to enrich contact and deal properties with Breeze Intelligence is 👨‍🍳 Chef's Kiss amazing!

I joined a company 3 months ago, and was assigned to our HubSpot portal with the goal: to clean up data, align us with best practices, develop workflows/automation, and utilize AI to the fullest potential. Our current process is antiquated, and was developed to work at the current time (not with future scaling in mind). Very excited to learn with this cohort, and bring us into the future! Thank you 😁

I'm a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at Beghou and our company's primary HubSpot Admin; I joined the bootcamp to deepen my technical skills and start thinking more like a system architect than just a troubleshooter. A recent win was creating a cross-functional dashboard that leadership now uses regularly. Hi from Michigan! I'm a RevOps/CRM Manager at my software company for the past 6 months. I've found the most helpful mentality as a Super Admin is to be constantly open to feedback from all of the teams that use HubSpot: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance. And once I have all that input, taking it and problem solving lol. My best practice with my team is to be realistic about timelines and identifying the key priorities. I'm working on getting better about keeping up with all of the fast-paced changes!
