Does anyone have any documentation (in terms of roles and responsibilities, TAT, workflows, etc.) to handle requests coming from HubSpot users across the company?
I have a few running pieces of documentation for clients, but to speak at a high level we actually started using HubSpot forms to record internal requests like list pulls from sales, marketing emails to be built, etc. I am iffy on this information living in the system, but I know that ClickUp now has a much stronger integration with HubSpot and that might be a more viable solution to help with automation on tasks being assigned based on the internal request.
