Currently taking an online class and the email address the instructor has is wrong but is unwilling to make changes and update my email. the email she has for the class, I have no access to. So, if I transfer the certificate will I lose it on my current (and accurate) email login? Am I able to send it to the email the instructor has and then retrieve it back from that (inaccurate) email to my (accurate) email?
Thank you for reaching out to us! If you have access to the portal where you are currently taking then you can update the e-mail address yourself. If this is the case that you do not as you mentioned above, we would be able to transfer the certificate to a different e-mail address. The certification at the end will be tied to the e-mail address you have tied either decided to complete the course on or if you transferred it.
