UPDATE: We have deprecated the champion user badge being awarded in the Academy. The champion user program is still very much alive but getting the badge through Academy will return once we have fixed some of the bugs. Thanks for your patience and let us know if you have questions.

 

P.S. - If you already have your 2020 Champion User badge through Academy it will be active and accessible until it expires!

Hello!

 

If you have received an email from Eugenia Pirotsky, HubSpot Customer Advocacy Manager, letting you know that you were recognized as a 2020 HubSpot Champion User and have not received your badge please let us know by posting the email address that should have been awarded the badge below!

 

Before you post, please make sure you have:

  1. Taken the one-question "exam" to confirm you received the email informing you that you are a 2020 HubSpot Champion User.
  2. Submit the "practical exercise" so our system is able to confirm that you are part of the 2020 HubSpot Champion User group.
  3. Waited at least two business days for us to process your request.

Hi, I followed the instructions but got a reply that I didn't pass the `2020 HubSpot Champion User Submission` exercise and now it doesn't allow me to resubmit.

Hi There, 

 

I also got that message. My hunch is that as a champion, we have to help out and answer chat responses and help requests. I think this goes towards earning the badge in full. 

 

I may be wrong though hope that helps

I recently left my job and the email to which the badge was sent.

Is it possible to get a copy to my personal email so I can add to my resume/etc. during my job search?

My old email was sally@wonderschool.com, but I would like a copy of the badge sent to sally.shearer14@gmail.com please!

I have a notice in HubSpot Academy that says 2020 Champion user was deprecated. it sent me to these resources and the links are not working. please advise.

Hi Julien, I thought I was a champion user because I had done this exam and practice exercise before to complete the HubSpot Champion User. I still receive the 2020 champion user newsletter emails from Eugenia Pirotsky and the last one received was last month. When I looked in the HubSpot Academy, I don't see the Champion User badge. When I click to learn more, I'm taken to an error page. Is there something I should do?
