inbound marketing caption not appearing

I'm taking an inbound marketing course, and the captions are not visible even when I turn on the captions in English. The same is happening with my completed content marketing course

Please somebody help me fix up this issue

The team is aware of this issue, and they're actively working to get this fixed! I'll update this thread once we have confirmation that the captions are working again.

Just wanted to update that the issue is still persisting. The captions are available though, but they are not in sync with the audio throughout the course. 

Hope I could get this bug fixed up as soon as possible

I've just found the same. I really want to complete some courses, but I need captions to do so!

I also can't get captions to work on the email marketing course. I've tried incognito mode, clearing the cache, and using a different browser; nothing works. I can't do the course without the captions.

Can you please confirm whether or not this behavior occurs in an incognito window? If so, can you please try recording a screen share of the behavior, as well as link the course directly? I'd be happy to take a look!

the issue is also occuring in incognito mode, although there i can't screen record due to privacy reasons. But, i have shared screen recording of the normal window, please take a look at that. Hope you are able to find solution to this.
