hudspot certification not uploading on upwork

good day, I tried uploading my inbound certificate on upwork and its not working,i tried going through hubspot channels, it is only showing me steps to downlod my certificate and to upload on linkedin and other platforms but not on upwork,and when i tried going through upwork to upload my certificate, I got a mail saying they failed to aprove my certificate aand i should contact hubspot,please assist me with this.
