help with certification

Hii everyone, I hope someone here will be able to help me out. I had completed social media marketing certification but  I am facing an issue with the exam. The exam is not loading at all. when I first click on take exam it showed that  I had failed the exam but the issue here is that the questions never loaded and after trying to retake the exam I am still not able to take the actual exam as it's not loading at all.

 

Does someone here know what the issue is here?

This appeared without me taking an exam.
