delete a model with dependency

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to delete my templates, but I'm stuck with sequence dependencies. I used to have a Pro version, but had to temporarily switch to a free license for budgetary reasons. As a result, I no longer have access to sequences or workflows, which prevents me from removing these dependencies.

I contacted HubSpot support, who kindly advised me to make a request here.

Would you have a solution for me?

Hey @slst I'm not sure why HubSpot support would point you here to be honest, I assume they misunderstood your request. There's no way a user here could remove this dependency, this would need to be removed internally by HubSpot. I'd reach out on your ticket again and request the support rep to raise a ticket with engineering to remove this dependency!
