certifications exams not concluded

Hi, 

I am unable to give any exams. Till date I finished 03 courses, but at the time of clicking the START EXAM tab, the first question appear and disappear within a fraction of seconds, with the message that you didnt scored and then ask for 12 hours wait for the next attmept, The next day by clicking retake exam, again the same process happens, question disappear and then says you didnt scored, even the eamil that i get for the exam breakdown, upon downloading that , a blank page appears. 

 

Till date i havent earn my badge and free certification.

troubleshooting steps:

1. First, make sure your browser is up to date with the latest version - sometimes a software update can resolve odd behavior issues.

2. Try logging into your portal in your browser's incognito or private browsing mode. This will rule out any potential caching issues. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/clear-your-browser-cache 

If it ends up being a browser cache issue, here are some instructions on how to clear your cache: 

3. If the problem persists, try logging into your portal using a different browser. This will tell us if the issue is related to any settings or add-ons in your current browser. If you don't have another browser currently installed on your computer, you can download one here: https://browsehappy.com

4. If that fails, try logging in from a different computer to rule out any settings on your current computer.

5. If that fails, try connecting to a different network - some networks have their own security settings and firewalls that will hamper the performance of certain websites.
