Hi there, I have completed the Email marketing course but unable to download the certification. I have seen numerous same requests here but none have been answered as well. Would someone kindly help us? Thank you!

I am unable to download the certificate for one of the courses i just completed. I have already tried using different browsers but no luck. When i go to the download button (blocked icon) the same is disabled. Can anyone help me with the same ?
