Hello, I just finished the Digital Marketing Certification, but when I go to download the certificate, not only will it not allow me to download, but it is also showing as a broken image link. Is it something on my end?

I am unable to download the certificate for one of the courses i just completed. I have already tried using different browsers but no luck. When i go to the download button (blocked icon) the same is disabled. Can anyone help me with the same ?
