I completed the SEO course but I can't print the certificate. Every time I click the download button, it opens a Word doc with a bunch of unintelligible code. How do I print this as a PDF?

I am. This is what I get. It doesn't give me an option for PDF. Apparently, I'm not the only one who's had this problem.

I have completed my Business Analytics course but I am not able to view my certificate. When I selected the dropdown menu for only show certificates, it showed no results. Can anyone please help me with this?
