I checked this morning and the certificate still says it expires on Jan. 13th, 2024 (2 days ago). Please can you fix this. Thanks.

I recently retook my exam since my certificate expired, but the certificate that is loading still shows the old dates. How do I get a certificate that has been updated?

I have an email saying that I have passed the practicum for CMS for developers and the test, but when I try to access my certificate it is not showing up. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
