Certification not showing as completed

All of my team completed the Email Marketing Certification course but it isn't showing up in the academy team dashboard. Can you check why that is? We all got the certificate emailed to us so we are sure we completed the course.

Transfer Academy Progress/Certification from Previous Employer Account
