Certificate Renewal

I have a HubSpot Reporting certification which expires in Nov 2023. When am I supposed to renew this and how? I clicked on Retake the exam and cleared it again but the dates on the certification have not been changed.

I would use interviews to help me create my buyer persona. I have used interviews, surveys and forms for making buyer personas. I do like interviews most, as you can ask follow ups at the interview.
