When will my practicum be graded?

It's been now almost two weeks since I submitted my hubspot cms practicum for grading.

I wonder why the process is taking longer than I expected.

Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Are you able to provide me in a direct message - your HubID and associated user email and name the certification you're attempting to complete? I can then check the progress of this grading.
