I cleared he cache, cookies, paused my ad blocker

Works perfectly for me. What browser are you using? Is it up-to-date?

First recommendation would be to try an alternative browser (i.e. if you're using Chrome, try Edge/Firefox, etc.). If it works in a different browser it's definitely an issue with your first-choice browser.

These issues are normally resolved by clearing cache, but each provider has their own further guidance. Here's the guidance for Chrome, for example - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6138475?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
