Updating SEO Certificate

SOLVE

My SEO certificate is due to expire this month, so I recently retook the exam. The page is showing I passed the exam on July 31, but the certificate has not updated. Am I missing something?

Thanks! I'm not sure if it was the logging out and logging in again, or waiting 3 weeks, but the certificate dates have now updated. Thanks!

@JustKate sometimes it doesn't update when you click it initially, but after a minute or two it will update. Can you check the certification link again and see if it's updated now?

@Jnix284 I've tried that -- I opened the certificate and waited 10 minutes and the dates still showed the validity from last year's exam. It's been 6 days since I took the exam so any delays related to recording my results on the database should also have passed. 

For the SEO course specifically, is it just the exam I need to redo? If there is anything else, please let me know

@JustKate ah ok, it sounds like there might be something else going on that's keeping it from updating.

 

There isn't anything else for the SEO certification you would need to redo as part of the renewal.

 

I'll tag in the @CommunityTeam to see if they can get this to someone on the Academy team to get resolved for you.
