Customers unfortunately cannot self-serve and update the email address associated with their Community & Connect accounts. They’d need to create new accounts with their new email address and then transfer the information from their old accounts.
Create a new account onConnect.com (by clicking on “Join now”). The Connect account pulls information from the Community & Academy accounts, so they’d need to update those too.
Once the Community & the Academy data is transferred, theConnectteam can delete the customer’s old Connect profile. You’ll need the userID as explained in the instructionhere.
