Unable to see my Email Marketing certificate

Hi,

I recently gave my  Email Marketing Certification Exam and I passed it. However, I am unable to see the certificate. I have attached all the screenshots here for reference.

Hey @prismvalley 

Usually, it takes a few hours before appears in your portal. However, I can see check-marked in green the certification in your screenshot. 

I sent you in a private message the link with your certificate. 

Please let me know if you have any other question
