Unable to download certificate

Hi, 

I passed the course exam, however my certificate is just stuck on a loading screen. I have tried accessing it via Incognito mode, another device and clearing my cache and cookies, however none of them did anything. I can navigate the course site but the ceritificate has been countinuously stuck on the loading screen for the past few hours even with refreshes.

I'd appreciate any and all assistance,
