Troubleshoot Issues Downloading Certificates on HubSpot Academy - Update from the HubSpot Team

To be able to troubleshoot it, we'll need more information.

Can you please follow these steps so that we can see what's happening:

1. Collect a HAR file
2. Contact our Support Team. Here we have 2 options below:

- If you are a paid customer, here is how to contact the Technical Support.

How to Download My HubSpot SEO Certification When the Site Shows an Error?

I recently completed the HubSpot SEO Certification Exam and scored 50/60, successfully passing the exam. However, when I attempted to download my certification, I encountered an issue—there seems to be an error preventing the certificate from being displayed or downloaded.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

I’ve tried refreshing the page and checking from a different browser, but the problem persists. Any guidance from the HubSpot Community or Support Team would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for highlighting the issue. I'm having the same problem. Right the only solution seems to be screenshot the certificate when sharing.

if you go to share it you image pops up when you access the link and you can right click and save it as a png

How to Download My HubSpot SEO Certification When the Site Shows an Error?

Hi Bérangère,

 

It looks as though the link provided above (for free-users) to submit a ticket to the support team does not lead to a form, rather a log-in information page. This does not solve the issue, and non-paying users have no other recourse than the community hub to solve the issue since email/other support are all only avaliable to paid-users. Any updated information would be appreciated to solve this issue.

 

This is a frustrating experience, especially since I need to submit the certification for a class. Thanks for your efforts, and hope we can get a fix relatively soon.

Workaround until the official certificate download bug is fixed.

On the view certification page:

  1. Click share my achievement
  2. Add the certificate to your Linkedin licenses & certifications. 
  3. Once you post it - you'll be able to screengrab a copy of the certificate.

you can also just save it as a PNG by right-clicking

Hi Bérangère, I can't access my certificate and the link to the form in your post leads to a login help article.  Please advise how to contact someone and submit the HAR file I downloaded.  Thanks!

Hello,

I'm unable to download my SEO Certification.

I've tried on multiple browsers. On Firefox, nothing shows up at all, and the download button is unclickable (see screenshot below). On Chrome, I get the icon for a broken image file but once again nothing else.Screenshot 2025-02-27 224343.pngI'm actively job hunting and completed this course in the hopes of adding my certification to my job hunter profile immediately, so this is really frustrating.

I have an issue with the Lead Management certificate. Even though I completed all the steps (except the optional ones), it still doesn't allow me to obtain the certificate.
