Transferring certification from a deleted account

Hello,

 

I didn't get a chance to transfer my certification before my former company closed my old email account. Is it possible for someone to transfer it to my new account?

Thank you, Mia! I am not seeing it on my end. On my old account, I was
Inbound-certified. I am only seeing a completed course I don't recall
finishing and a bunch of courses I never started as "In Progress". Please
help.
