Transferring Certifications: Confirmation email link defunct

Hi! I'm trying to transfer my certifications to a new email address, but when I received the email to confirm the transfer, the link did not work. It threw an error saying it couldn't reach the server. I tried refreshing the browser and repeating the process and the same broken link was sent to my email.

 

My certifications are located at lauren@evenbound.com and I would like them to be transferred to lauren.eliz.poll@gmail.com. Would you be able to help me out?
