Transferring Certificates - no email

Hi,

 

I want to transfer certificates from my personal email to my business email. I tried transferring them myself, but I don't get a confirmation email. 

 

No it's not in my spam or commercial inbox and no I do not get error messages. Yes I checked the spelling and the email is correct.

 

Is there a way for Hubspot to make the transfer?

Or how do I contact technical support directly to check if the mails are being sent from the system or not.
