Thanks for reaching out! I was able to transfer all of your academy progress to your new email address. Just a quick note, any certifications you did have that have expired will not have transferred.
Hi @cristinaAW , I have 4 certifications attached to an old email of mine and I'd like them transfered along with all my academy progress to my new email.
I was trying to transfer the certificates, but the system give me an error that the new email you provided, is invalid. Could you please confirm this email?
Hey @DianaGomez - that's strange, I did just activate this new account today but I can confirm andrew.davidson@leadspace.com is the correct email. Below is a screenshot from my HubSpot Community Profile.
