Transfer certification not working

 

Hello,

 

I tried to transfer my certifications from my old email professional one) to my personal email since I'm leaving my company, but it didn't work. 


Can you help me please?

 

Here is the information:
Old: mailys.mas-garrido@visibrain.com
New: mailys.masgarrido@gmail.com
